The San Nicolás residential development, fully managed by Urceman Group and promoted by San Nicolás S.L., is located in Miranda de Ebro and was completed in 2015. The project forms part of a distinctive mixed-use scheme combining residential and care facilities, creating an environment designed around wellbeing, accessibility and community life. The residential building is a key element within the complex and comprises 12 modern, functional homes designed to provide comfort, accessibility and a high quality of life.
