Urceman Group continues to advance its hospitality development strategy with a new project at 33 Miguel Yuste Street, in one of eastern Madrid’s most dynamic and well-established business districts. The future property is conceived as a four-star urban hotel, designed to deliver an enhanced guest experience within a rapidly evolving corporate environment.

The hotel will feature 76 rooms, designed with a contemporary approach that prioritises space, functionality and comfort. As a distinctive feature, the project will also include an outdoor swimming pool, creating a dedicated setting for relaxation and providing an added benefit rarely found in this type of urban location.
