A hotel project designed for those who want to be right in the heart of the city’s action. A 4-star urban hotel with 76 rooms and an outdoor pool, located in Madrid’s business district and designed to meet the needs of today’s travelers.

Rufino González Hotel
MADRID
A new hotel project in one of Madrid’s most rapidly transforming districts. Renovation of former industrial buildings to create a 3-star urban hotel with 72 rooms and a rooftop pool in the Julián Camarillo area (now the Madbit technology district).

DWO SAN SEBASTIAN Apart hotel
SAN SEBASTIÁN
A project designed to blend naturally into the surroundings of the Urumea River. A 71-room aparthotel developed in Martutene, where architecture, landscape, and functionality come together in a design intended to connect with the tranquility and natural character of San Sebastián.

Spark By Hilton Madrid Alcala Hotel
MADRID
From industrial warehouses to a leading hotel in one of Madrid’s most rapidly transforming neighborhoods. An urban regeneration project developed on former industrial sites to create a 95-room hotel operated under the Spark by Hilton Madrid Alcalá brand.

Casual las olas Hotel
SAN SEBASTIÁN
A renovation project designed to create a hotel with its own unique identity. The transformation of a mixed-use building into a 63-room hotel inspired by the maritime culture and character of San Sebastián, resulting in a distinctive offering among the city’s hotels.

SAN NICOLÁS CARE CENTER AND NURSING HOME
BURGOS
A project designed to meet a variety of lifestyles and care needs. This residential and care complex includes a senior living facility, a day center, and residential units (12 in total), as well as 56 parking spaces, creating an environment focused on the well-being, care, and comfort of its residents.

· Completed in 2016
