The Etxeberrieta III and IV residential development, led by Urceman Group, is set to become one of Andoain’s most significant housing projects planned for 2029. Located in the established Etxeberrieta area, this new phase will continue the residential development previously undertaken by the group, further strengthening the neighbourhood’s urban renewal and transformation.

The project will regenerate the Etxeberrieta neighbourhood through the delivery of 180 new-build homes, designed around architectural quality, sustainability and contemporary comfort.
