The Altzibar Berria residential development, promoted by Altzibar Egoitza Berria S.L. and delivered by Urceman Group, is located in the Altzibar area of Oiartzun. The project forms part of a comprehensive development and urban regeneration initiative designed to transform and enhance the surrounding area.

The scheme includes the construction of a residential building comprising 36 homes, divided into:

24 open-market homes with two, three or four bedrooms.
12 price-capped homes, supporting a more diverse residential offer.
